Colorado Connections Academy (ColoCA)—formerly Denver Connections Academy—provides a new form of public school that students can attend from home. The Colorado Connections Academy full-time program is a partnership with Denver Public Schools that has been in operation since the Fall of 2002. ColoCA serves students from anywhere in Colorado in grades K–12. Parents pay no tuition for students to attend Colorado Connections Academy. Students are considered to be enrolled in a public school. ColoCA provides textbooks and other curriculum materials. A loaned computer, printer, and subsidy for Internet service are available to students in grades 1–12.

The Slowlane.com site provides dads with a searchable collection of articles and media clips written by, for, and about primary care-giving fathers. It also hosts multiple web sites for at home dads, including independent SAHD groups and several local Dad-to-Dad chapters, all of whose missions are to help dads connect with each other in their local areas.
