Programs are affordable, accredited and can be adjusted for each child’s specific learning needs.

Denver Online High School (DOHS) is a Denver Public Schools (DPS) high school that supports motivated 9-12 grade students in graduating quickly by providing highly flexible online learning. Courses are available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – with extra help from teachers online, on the phone, or at our learning center. Their rigorous courses are recognized by Denver Public Schools and in-state and out-of-state universities. As a member of DOHS, students may also take classes at their local community college, at The Fred N. Thomas C E C Middle College of Denver, or at any other DPS school that may have an opening. Full-time DOHS students earn a traditional high school diploma and have access to Advanced Placement courses and tuition-free college courses. DPS students also have access to scholarships, concurrent enrollment opportunities, and a variety of school choice programs. Denver Online students are also encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities for high school credit, including service learning, part-time work, travel, sports, the arts, and other activities outside of school.

Colorado Cyber, is a statewide K-12 cyber school program that is offered by Douglas County School District to any student who resides in Colorado. Colorado Cyber uses Lincoln Interactive and Aventa, two of the nation’s leading online curriculum used by thousands of students across the country, which is a high-tech, high-touch comprehensive learning package that offers flexible, dynamic and adventurous learning opportunities for students.

The American School offers a distance education program combining reasonable tuition and curriculum in both print and online format. They offer a free transcript evaluation service for transcripts from high school sin the United States to ensure you and your students are on the right educational path.

This group is for large families using the K-12 curriculum created by Dr. William Bennett. Both homeschooling families and Virtual School families are welcome. It is particularly intended for families with more than 3 children in K-12 as well as additional teens, toddlers and babies. Discussions include both the curriculum and the challenges of implementing it in a large family.

This Group is for the Parents/Students of the Colorado Virtual Academy Charter School in the Colorado Springs, and Pueblo areas.

Colorado Connections Academy (ColoCA)—formerly Denver Connections Academy—provides a new form of public school that students can attend from home. The Colorado Connections Academy full-time program is a partnership with Denver Public Schools that has been in operation since the Fall of 2002. ColoCA serves students from anywhere in Colorado in grades K–12. Parents pay no tuition for students to attend Colorado Connections Academy. Students are considered to be enrolled in a public school. ColoCA provides textbooks and other curriculum materials. A loaned computer, printer, and subsidy for Internet service are available to students in grades 1–12.

Founded in 1999 by William J. Bennett, along with other leaders, K12 offers a traditional program of learning using online technology and traditional content. Many states are offering the K12 program through Virtual Acadamies, with programs that are free of charge to participating families.

Griggs International Academy is an online Christian school with multiple accreditations. They offer full curricula, teachers who are certified experts in their fields, online high school diploma, and more.

L.P.H. Resource Center offers classes for Catholic homeschoolers over the Internet. These classes are designed for mainly 4th-8th graders, but are available to those in higher grades if desired. The classes are kept as flexible as possible.

eTAP Teaching Assistance Program is a premiere site for online instruction designed specifically to maximize student learning.

Montessori for the Earth offers affordable on-line Montessori and homeschool programs and ebooks for parents, homeschool, teachers, and aides by a certified Montessori teacher. Their Montessori on-line Distance Learning programs are designed for parents and homeschoolers, teachers and assistants, educators, administrators, and college students who want to learn about (or review) Montessori education and curriculum so they can incorporate it into their home, classroom, or college studies.
