Denver Online High School (DOHS) is a Denver Public Schools (DPS) high school that supports motivated 9-12 grade students in graduating quickly by providing highly flexible online learning. Their rigorous courses are recognized by Denver Public Schools and in-state and out-of-state universities. Colorado Connections Academy (ColoCA)—formerly Denver Connections Academy—provides a new form of public school that students can attend from home. The Colorado Connections Academy full-time program is a partnership with Denver Public Schools that has been in operation since the Fall of 2002. ColoCA serves students from anywhere in Colorado in grades K–12. Parents pay no tuition for students to attend Colorado Connections Academy. Students are considered to be enrolled in a public school. ColoCA provides textbooks and other curriculum materials. A loaned computer, printer, and subsidy for Internet service are available to students in grades 1–12.
